§2. Purpose and Basis for Processing Personal Data

The administrator processes personal data for the following purposes:

a) contacting users via the contact form, based on the legitimate interests of the data administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, point f of the GDPR),

b) analyzing user activity on the website using cookies, based on the user's consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, point a of the GDPR).

2. Personal data will not be transferred to entities located outside the European Economic Area unless they are adequately protected in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

1. Personal data will not be processed automatically, including profiling.
